1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Customers who have subscribed to our monthly plan are eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of their subscription. (This includes the free trial)
- Yearly Subscriptions: Customers who have subscribed to our yearly plan are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of their subscription. (This includes the free trial)

- If a customer disputes a charge with their credit card company or payment provider without contacting Dog Pawfection first, it may result in the cancellation of their subscription and the suspension of their access to our platform.
